Nikki did a bad job of doing manicure & pedicure. She put only one coat of nail polish. Polish is starting to peel off. Also I chose a maroon color nail polish. She put some glitter polish on the maroon polish and it looks dull. I didn't like the service. Wasted $60 for this. She left home after putting polish. I told the front desk people, they didn't even give me a proper response. Overrated. Will never go back there. I don't know how I can get a refund
Nikki is the absolute bomb. She is gentle and thoroughly wonderful. My nails and hands are marvelous.
