Millennium Family Fitness stood out to me as the best fitness facility in Joplin. The facilities were amazing, and the staff were amazing as well. I appreciated that both the physical space and the people contributed to the positive experience. A strong facility matters, but helpful staff make an important difference, and Millennium delivered on both. My overall experience easily earned five stars.
First I would like to say the staff in the gym building is very friendly and helpful and I have received prompt replies if I have any questions. Here is my rant: I signed up for a membership to this gym at the end of May with the expectation of a Pilates class opening up soon as they had “Pilates coming soon” advertisements. Fast forward to August, Pilates classes are finally starting, and to my disappointment, it’s an additional $20-30 per class on top of your membership.
