Always a great experience. Got to see Dr. quickly. No long wait time. answers all questions fully, does not rush you after exam. Would recommend.
Haven't been able to reach anyone to find out where my contact lenses are. Called every other office and they say they leave messages for the Monroe office, but no one ever calls me back. I asked for the extension for my doctor, they gave me the extension to the general mailbox. God forbid I had a serious question for the doctor, I would never get an answer. Worst experience at an eye doctor EVER! Can't wait to find a new, reputable doctors office. I'm glad this office is closing.
The worst eye care specialists I have ever gone to. I waited 4 weeks for new lenses which I cannot wear because they are not correct. They give you every excuse in existence. Never, never use them. Wholeheartedly, thumbs down.
Excellent service. Between arrival, filling in the paperwork and being seen by the optometrist, in and out within half an hour. Upon arrival, call them from the parking lot and let them know you have arrived. The receptionist will let you know when you can come in. Upon entering, they will take your temperature and ask if you signed in online, already.
