I was trying to make an appointment an ophtalmologist and the front desk was absolutely unhelpful insisting that I first need to see an optometrist (also very rude). As a result, I did not make any appointment and they lost a potential client.
They are in network with my insurance but good luck getting a hold of anyone. The phone rings and waited on hold for over 6 mins just to be sent to a voice mail which no one responds to. Poor service to say the least.
This practice has gone completely downhill . It’s basically a factory with incompetent specialist and rude support staff . If you value your eyesight stay far away
Saw Dr Brottman at the Marlboro location for the first time for my eye which was experiencing issues due to Bells Palsy. His bedside manner was absolutely wonderful. He was calming and reassuring and very skilled. He put my mind at ease and i found my new fave Dr in the group. Also the front desk appeared to be short staffed and swamped that day but the receptionist was great and kind to everyone
Got a call for the 2nd time in a few weeks about canceling an appt. They said call back to reschedule. The phone just keeps ringing and when u leave a message no one calls u back. The phone service is terrible it's not the 1st time this has happened.
