This practice has gone completely downhill . It’s basically a factory with incompetent specialist and rude support staff . If you value your eyesight stay far away
Saw Dr Brottman at the Marlboro location for the first time for my eye which was experiencing issues due to Bells Palsy. His bedside manner was absolutely wonderful. He was calming and reassuring and very skilled. He put my mind at ease and i found my new fave Dr in the group. Also the front desk appeared to be short staffed and swamped that day but the receptionist was great and kind to everyone
Got a call for the 2nd time in a few weeks about canceling an appt. They said call back to reschedule. The phone just keeps ringing and when u leave a message no one calls u back. The phone service is terrible it's not the 1st time this has happened.
The phone system does not work which leaves all patients without any way to contact the office. I tried calling each office during business hours over the span of two days, with every extension, and never got through despite dozens of attempts. I also left a voicemail a that was never returned.
I have been trying to call to reschedule my appointment but I get no call back and I and left for hold. Bad service. Very bad
