Could not find my appointment. The receptionist was incompetent. They tried to charge me for a “special” exam to determine if I need corrective lenses. My insurance covers me for an annual exam for a copay, so I just walked out. If they can’t handle new patients they can’t make great eye glasses. Forget this place. It’s empty for a reason.
HORRIBLE Extremely disappointing experience — terrible service and communication. I wish I had read the Reddit reviews before spending $300 out of pocket for a contact lens appointment. From the beginning, the experience was frustrating. The office was extremely disorganized, and checkout took an unreasonable amount of time. 4/23/2026- Office staff were very personable & proficient in their working environment & duties. Comprehensive eye exam was very thorough by Dr. Driscoll. If you see a review by me that says I wouldn’t recommend disregard. This was an error by me in haste. Highly recommend your eye care here.
