Got a call for the 2nd time in a few weeks about canceling an appt. They said call back to reschedule. The phone just keeps ringing and when u leave a message no one calls u back. The phone service is terrible it's not the 1st time this has happened.
The phone system does not work which leaves all patients without any way to contact the office. I tried calling each office during business hours over the span of two days, with every extension, and never got through despite dozens of attempts. I also left a voicemail a that was never returned.
I have been trying to call to reschedule my appointment but I get no call back and I and left for hold. Bad service. Very bad
Been going here for a couple of years now. Dr. Sonenblum is patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ng and her assistant Anthony are the best. Anthony's always so kind and patient with my mom. He goes out of his way to make her comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!
