A friend bought windows through these guys. Windows took months to arrive and when they did they came out twice to install half of them. Now the don't return calls and if they do call back and make appointment they don't show up. They have no showed twice in a row. Do yourself a favor and use somebody else reliable. I am going tomorrow to help him install his windows
