I beleive that my doctor, Dr. Adam Tawney is a very good doctor, however the office staff and the office manager have been shockingly unreliable, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They took over a week to pass my concern on to the doctor and they neglected to get back to me about a serious concern about a problem I've had with one of my heart-related medications. These Drs have their stuff together. Very good communication and direct as possible with conditions and remediation options
AI phone service, yes they trust a bot to schedule appointments and handle inquiries. Expect to get hung up randomly on, 6 times for me, and for appointments to be scheduled that don’t exist. I was told my their machine that my appointment was confined, only for the staff to have no idea what I was referring to. I was later called to confirm information regarding insurance and was met with that same AI. I asked to speak to a person, which was recommended in the voicemail and the machine hung up on me. Terrible experience so far. Was able to get in quickly. Dr put me on a medication that is extremely difficult to get with awful side effects. The doctor, was then unavailable to answer questions about the frightening side effects even after several attempts to reach him and his nurse. I was flabbergasted. Fast forward to today after my primary care coached me through the side effects, I went to get the prescription refilled only to find out it is not available anyway except specialty pharmacies out of state which require a p... read more
