I used this car was yesterday and was quite pleased with the inside and outside of my car. However, when I went to pay the lady behind the counter was on the phone. I handed her my credit card and she was still on the phone. She handed me the slip to sign and was still on the phone. I signed the slip and she handed me my card and receipt and was STILL ON THE PHONE!! I never even got a "thank you" because her phone call was obviously more important than my business. Not happy with Millennium in Hillsborough! Paid for package 1, didn’t get what I paid for. I questioned the guy about the tires and he lied and said he did them. Not only could I see he didn’t do them but ran my hand across and could tell they weren’t done. Don’t charge people for a service that you don’t want to provide!
Did a great job after very disappointed with service at crown just down the road - millennium all the way!
