Great service great communication
I had them work on the front suspension. Control arm bolts were installed incorrectly with bolts pointing upwards. They didn't verify sufficient clearance or test drive before I left with the car. Went back several times and given Band-Aid solutions. Ultimately required CV axle need to be replaced. Owner refused to actually fix the problem. Gas-lighting, claiming it was a manufacturer problem. Avoid this shop.
This is the second time I have brought my car in to Ben without appointment where he immediatly took a look and fixed my small automotive issue at no charge. We have been using Millenium for years and really appreciate the excellent service. Luckily, the shop is only a couple blocks away, but even if we moved across town, we would certainly be brining our vehicles here. Thank you Ben and crew!
