Starting to look neglected here. Numerous potholes .Lighting fixtures falling over and need for painting some areas. Mike in maintenance does wonders with what he has. Please help.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Under absolutely no circumstances should you move here. The maintenance team is understaffed and under equipped to handle this place, and the management team actively tries to do the least possible for the tenants. If the maintenance team cannot fix something, instead of hiring somebody to fix something, they will actively fight to do the least they are required to do by law, and sometimes less. We've lived here for seven years and have had a new management team almost every year. We've had repeated repeated with the upstairs neighbors playing loud music at different times at day and night. It's been an ongoing problem with them for years. We've done everything from talking to them, to telling different management teams, and calling the police. I don't understand why they have been disciplined or evicted. The message clearly hasn't been sent to them.
AVOID!! When trying to rent a unit I was told the admin fees (outside of the application fee) were refundable. I have decided not to rent a unit after experiencing unprofessionalism and horrible communication while trying to get information regarding the unit ie. a lease to preview the terms before agreeing to rent there. They want you to do all the preparations to move asap, but not tell you what you get in return until “closer to the date”. I’ve had a number of issues since day one. The day before I moved in I was notified I would not be getting a renovated apartment as I was told when I signed the contract. The apartment wasn’t terrible but was old, very worn, and some of the doors were broken/didn’t work correctly. At one point I received duplicate charges on my bill which management eventually corrected, but it took a few months to do.
