From day one of moving into Millennium it's been nothing but problems. The day we picked up our key, later that evening as we were moving in their gate malfunctioned gate causing damage to my car. We contacted management advised them what happened, they were not willing to accept responsibility and told us their landscaping contractors left a bale of pine straw near the sensor therefore causing the gate to malfunction and which damaged my car and I had to contact their contractor.
