I had my 2nd baby at Anderson Hospital and Connie Dumm was my CRNA. I truly feel like having her healed my trauma. My first experience with childbirth was rough. The epidural didn’t work, and the anesthetist at the time was new and not super confident. ( I do not fault her, we all start somewhere) Needless to say, I was terrified of doing it all again until Connie walked in the room, talked to me, helped keep me calm, and placed the epidural in what felt like seconds of painlessness. Would not recommend this place based off customer service. I had set up a reoccurring payment, however, when I called in, they told me the system glitched out, and even though I was making monthly payments, it could still be sent to collections. When I called in to get all of this corrected, the person I spoke with, was not friendly at all, and had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions. I then paid my statement balance in full and two weeks later they still charged me my original reoccurring payment ... read more
They fraudulently billed my insurance and me for A screening colonoscopy which is bundled billing. I just got a call from a collection agency this evening about same. I will pursue legal action… Disgraceful that Anderson is affiliated with them. Avoid at all costs unless you would like fraudulent billing
Recently had surgery. I noticed when I received my bill that the Nurse practitioner charges as much as the Dr. Who actually performed the anesthesia. That is totally ridiculous and excessive.
