Couldn't be any happier with their installation and ADT is definitely the best out there. It's more than a peace of mind, it's knowing the status of your home 24/7. Nice knowing the house is not burning down with my dogs inside. 2 way voice is great feature being I take care of my grandmother. I can check to see if I locked my door from my phone. And too many more positives too list. Thanks for everything 5 stars definitely. It was painless and worth every dollar.
very rude bad service terrible customer service .
Deceptive door-to-door sales rep led me to believe there's a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. But not so. Yes, there's a guarantee but, it's not for the customer, it's a satisfaction guarantee for the "system"! What good is that?!?
This is a fantastic company with very courteous staff. I had an excellent experience with them and they did exactly as they said. I have referred my friends to them as well. A pleasure to do business with.
