Horrible customer service. Do not use this company for any real estate needs. They lack professionalism and are not sufficient with reaching deadlines. It's almost impossible to reach the agent when needed. Once they have your signature that's it. If you have questions or need assistance after the fact they are not available. It's all about numbers with them no real connection. Very rude staff!

Millennium 2000 Realty did not hire Urban Rehabs or Urban Property Firm. This is considered slander to post a review on page for a company that did not hire you.

BUYER BEWARE! Was Hired by Angela Waltower To Oversee a Renovation of A Home she claimed to own in South Carolina. Midway through the contract Angela began having payment issues and informed us the owner of the home on record would assit with making payments. As we attempted to progress with the project Angela would delay by making partial payments, scheduling appointments to visit and check progress and would not show up or reschedule.
