This is the title company I had to deal with when I pur hated my property. I called them to get information, but has to leave q message and my number. No one ever called me back, not good customer service
We have been waiting a month for a title to be recorded. Avoid these people.
Karen from Millennial Title contacted me in March of this year about a real estate matter. It's now November and nothing has been resolved. I've emailed and called her repeatedly. In addition, I've hired a real estate agent to try to expedite the matter. Nothing! I've worked with other title companies and I have never had an experience like this! Every other title company has been fast and efficient! Stay away from Millennial Title!
