Richard and team were our GCs for a gut renovation of our 100-year-old home, which was challenging to modernize while working within our existing structure and budget. Millennial is a high quality contractor at a reasonable cost. Our house turned out beautifully. While some things inevitably go wrong with a large construction project, Richard is extremely responsive and quick to remedy any issue.

Millennial has handled a plethora of remodels for us at our home in Novato and will continue to be our go to for home projects. New floors throughout, stairs, cabinetry, new doors and casings, trim, and fencing. We are SO happy with how it all turned out and received exceptional service from Richard and crew.
