Richard and Liam built a bedroom/bathroom addition, put new hardwood flooring throughout my house, turned my carport into a garage, redid my front entry steps and built a new back deck. My husband and I worked with Richard at Millennial Development Inc. as our contractor to completely remodel our master bathroom. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with our project. They tore down and moved a wall, repaired subfloor damage and upgraded the lumber beneath the shower pan. They fixed the ventilation for both of our bathrooms, fixed the insulation, and repaired damage.
