This vendor is terrible. We request him to renovations for vacant house. We paid half before. He disappear with money. He even did not finish the project. We used lockbox key, he took key as well. poor quality, not professional, not responsible.

I've worked with a lot of builders in my lifetime and this is by far the worst. Their negotiation tactics are unlike anything I've ever seen. Additionally, they utilize low quality materials to increase profit margins. For an example, just look at what they use for their floorings; I'll give you a hint: it's not hardwood or engineered wood.

I've worked with a lot of builders in my lifetime and this is by far the worst. They've severely damaged their reputation in the past few years due to deceptive practices and greed. Suppliers prefer not to work with them and they're negotiation tactics are unlike anything I've ever seen. Additionally, they utilize low quality materials to increase profit margins.
