Excellent service & they work with you!
Awesome place, I rented a Ford Escape from this place and the service was really great. The vehicle was clean and it came with free car washes yayyy. 10/10 I recommend.
This company is a scam. Even after paying a deposit and reserving over the phone, it took over two hours to get my car. They trick customers into paying for fake fleet insurance and roadside coverage that covers nothing. The owner runs shady business practices and clearly just wants to take people’s money. Avoid Millennial Auto Group they are completely untrustworthy and won’t be around long if they keep operating like this.
Warning to anyone thinking of renting from Millennial Auto Group! The cars here are not reliable and many of them have VIN numbers that don’t match the model year advertised. That’s a major red flag. The vehicles are often in poor condition, and once you hand over your deposit, good luck getting it back the owner constantly makes excuses or disappears when it’s time for a refund.
