HATED MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE THERE! FOREIGNER ASSOCIATE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE THEN OVERCHARGED ME WHEN I RETURNED THE VEHICLE TOOK FOUR DAYS TO TALK TO A MANAGER THAT STILL DIDNT ACCESS THE SITUATION PROPERLY WONT BE SUPPORTING THIS SMALL BUSINESS AGAIN JUST GO ON TURO OR TO EZ EXPRESS IN SOUTHFIELD OH AND IT TAKES 4 days FOR A DEPOSIT TO COME BACK EVEN IF PAID IN CASH
Do not rent here they will take your deposit . They took my deposit because I didn’t get an outside car wash . Charged 250 for a 5 dollar car wash
Rented for about 3(?) weeks and I can honestly say I’m nothing but grateful for this company. Greg seems like the zero non-sense type, so be straight up with him about what you’re going through/dealing with and you won’t have any issues. COMMUNICATION IS KEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The team was knowledgeable, transparent about pricing. They walked me through every step and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely purchase here again
I had a really smooth experience. The car was delivered to me clean and full tank of gas. Customer service was very professional, I was greeted when I came in. The quote that was given to me before I arrived was exactly what I was charged lol I love that because sometimes there are hidden fees and costs. I don’t usually leave reviews but the way I was treated like family, and how smooth the process was for me- I had to write one. Thank you! For taking care of me during a super stressful time. I will definitely be back.
