Very poor customer service. Scammers I rented a vehicle from this company originally for a week. Had no problems. I even extended the rental twice. However, the problem came after my last rental extension. The car would not start. I called their roadside assistance, like they require, and never was able to reach anybody. The roadside assistance came back with a busy signal every time I called. I called consistently from 8pm for a few hours, never received an answer.
