I researched a bunch of tax places online and this one seemed the most legit. All these companies have trash talkers in their reviews. I was nervous because I have credit card debt as well and money is tight. When I called them they said they had to look into my situation with the IRS first, before the price quote. In November 2020, I contacted Millenia Tax Relief to ask for help with my tax situation. I had already made a payment arrangement with IRS, for my 2018 taxes, which the representative was informed. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I was repeatedly told that assistance was available, that my tax liability could be reduced. That never happened. Millenia Tax Relief has done nothing to help my situation, and has in fact charged my credit card $106 per month for the past 5 months without providing any service at all. My c... read more

Beware! These people will call you and tell you that they can resolve your tax debt and then set up a payment plan and avoid you. The services and results were not what was discussed initially and I received no explanation. When I called to ask questions and ask why I was told something completely different, I was hung up on.

Dont use this company. After 6 months I had to call the IRS myself and got an agreement in place. Millennia had started my tax return needed but never finished stating I didnt return needed paperwork which I had sent back to them the day after I received it, they never looked at it. That was the second time I sent papers for them to say they didnt get but both times it was there. They never called to find out where papers were though. I was very hesitant to start a Tax Relief Program got quotes for Assistance and prices were to high. I spoke with a senior Adviser Rick he was very understanding and very helpful on letting me know what he can and would do for me and my tax problems. In a matter of 6 months I was fully satisfied he cleared my debt and now I am ready to move on with my life. I can't even imagine how this company has 4.5 rating. I gave then 5000 dollars of my hard earned money last year for nothing. I spoked to IRS today to find nothing was in place to resolve my tax burden. I have attempted multiple times to get a status of this matter. I feel this is a scam and advise others to beware of this company! I want my money back!

I had a tax lien on my house from back in 2016 when I had some issues with my business. I felt stuck and couldn't sell or refinance my home. I called the IRS myself and they only made me feel foolish and told me I had no choice but to pay in full! I want to thank Millennia Tax for a job well done. They made a complicated back tax situation easy for me to deal with. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
