They made a mess out of my property. They used an old utility map showing buried pipes as the right of way measurements and are off by over 47'. They refuse to come out and look for the original boundary markers using the correct right of way measurements. I am stuck unable to proceed with the project. Crack heads have taken over the now disputed property after tearing down the property boundary fence.
