This will be a bit of an oddball review, but here goes... They have never worked on my vehicle here, but I can absolutely vouch for their character. I was helping a disabled veteran move to his new apartment, and we ran into an issue lifting his 350+ lb wheelchair into the bed of my truck. These gentlemen not only loaded the wheelchair, but they also made sure everything in the bed was strapped down for me before we left. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this tire shop. I came in for a basic tire change, and they ended up breaking my wheel cap. On top of that, my steering wheel was no longer straight after their service — a clear sign that something was done carelessly or incorrectly.
