Bought a Hyundai ix35 first impressions was really good had a few faults window switch not working squeaky breaks and hill decent light on the dash after phoning and booking it in with Alan picked the car up 5 days later for the light on the dash to re appear half way home.That much of a pain to talk to Alan directly. Also had to pay out for a new clutch and was told by my own garage it shouldn’t have passed its mot. Sorted it all out my self as the warranty is not worth paper it’s written on….. the company went bust in 2021... read more
After originally leaving a really good review I have now seen Alan for what he is! Bought a Hyundai ix35 cleared my savings to buy this car. Couple of problems Inc the turbo packing up on me. After phoning a million times I got the car recovered to him. Waited over a month for it to be 'repaired' during this time had no communication from Alan at all, was a nightmare to contact him.
