Greg and Mike were fantastic! They were always responsive and prompt. They kept me up to speed and made the process less stressful and more streamlined than I’ve seen in other experiences. Greg was great coming up with solutions to overcome obstacles to close when we needed to. This is my second experience with Greg and both times were a pleasure. I would highly recommend working with them to get your next mortgage secured!
We had a horrible experience working with Ryan at Millenium. He wouldn’t respond to us for many days and would only reply when harassed by our realtor. Ryan got the details of our application wrong multiple times and did not fix his errors after we pointed them out multiple times. Ryan’s errors ended up delaying our closing. The experience was terrible from start to finish. We will definitely look elsewhere the next time we need a mortgage.
Greg was awesome to work with. We had closings that didn't occur on same day and he managed our account masterfully!!I He was able to turn our paperwork over in a timely manner and get our closings scheduled in a perfect timetable given our situation. All the while he was able to keep the seller up to speed with our progress. Such a pleasure to work with and always responsive. I highly recommend!!!!
