They came out to install a new windshield. When I went to drive it, there was a wavy distortion toward the bottom of the glass. It was very distracting as I drove it. I called and was told I had to bring it in. The owner cleaned the glass and said I was all set. When I got inside and looked through the glass it was still distorted. He told me I would have to bring it back another day to have it replaced. I had already driven quite a distance and told him coming back would be an inconvenience. Left trash in my yard after changing windshield. Screwed up in person appointment date. Not worth the hassle, but glass was fine.
I don't usually write bad reviews for businesses, but I feel I need to in this case. I tried very hard to get the owner (Adam) to work with me but he just wasn't having it. I have a chip out of a windshield of a car that I recently purchased. Tiny rock chip. The car doesn't have tags so I paid extra for their mobile service to come to me and repair ($119). A technician shows up, digs at it with a razor blade for a bit and I call the shop to give them a credit card to pay for the repair. I leave the tech be as no one likes to... read more
