The work is good but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I made my appointment with Adam( the owner’s son) who fed me a lot of different stories that made me feel my money was not good as others. He told me to come on Friday at 10am and when I get here he acts like I have no appointment. Then he tells me my car will be ready at 1130. I then get a call at 125 pm stating my car would be ready at 330. I go at 330 to get my car and it is not ready. I speak to Adam and he tells me that they had other appointments but w... read more
Had an bad experience I been there 2 times and my window still isn't right
These guys replaced a windshield for me. Showed up and did the job same day for a fair price. Super polite and I'm always happy to support a fellow local business.
They came out to install a new windshield. When I went to drive it, there was a wavy distortion toward the bottom of the glass. It was very distracting as I drove it. I called and was told I had to bring it in. The owner cleaned the glass and said I was all set. When I got inside and looked through the glass it was still distorted. He told me I would have to bring it back another day to have it replaced. I had already driven quite a distance and told him coming back would be an inconvenience.
