Kind, caring wonderful staff. Definitely worth the drive down the mountain through city traffic to see Norton not have a care in the world as he happily struts into each visit like he’s visiting friends not getting his shots. When we lost our Harley last May we received a lovely card personally signed by each staff member, many of whom took the time to write personal little notes. That meant more than words can say. I have never experienced that before with any other vet.
I love our vet. Doctor is patient and understanding. The staff is wonderful. I am so thankful that Luna is your pawtient!
My reason for leaving was the vet being SCARED of my dog. I have a cane corso, he was 9 months at the time and just shy of 100lbs. I brought him in because I needed antibiotics for kennel cough. The vet wanted to examine him and asked me to hold his head (even though there was a tech with him) before he reached for my dog he asked if hed do anything. I told him no, I take him to professional training, he is well behaved. The vet reached for my dog, my dog turned his head. That was it. Vet jumps back and out of his skin again... read more
