Won’t give me the name of parasite my horse has after many days and phone calls. Over charging me random fees without showing or emailing me any part of my receipt or any bloodwork or fecal tests they did after many days since the appt. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back. Never had vet work done to my pets without being given or shown a recipt or record of tests even being done.
In the past 7 years we have a wonderful experience with Mille Lacs Vet Milaca clinic. But last week our we had an absolute nightmare of a visit. They quoted us one price on a visit for a dog and then when my husband brought our dog in they told him that she needed a bunch of other services and medications. They ended up charging us an extra $100 in fees. Having a sick 4 legged fur baby and trying to find someone to see our dog after reaching out to our regular vet with no success, this clinic was able to get us in the same day. The vet tech was amazing and patient with us as concerned dog parents. Then Dr Sara J-S took the time to explain what was possibly going on with Maycee and gave us her thoughts and suggestions on tests to do. They showed compassion and concern and we so appreciate all they did for our dog. Thank you!
Thank you ALL for your kindness and compassion in squeezing us in to help our 12 year old Lab go peacefully over the rainbow Bridge today. I had heard from SO many people that you all care deeply about our family pets and today was a prime example! Thank you and God Bless!
