Front staff was very helpful when I came in, no appointment scheduled & got some advice & product help for my very stressed out cats. They were very compassionate with regards to our cats immediate needs. Will Return!! 5 Paws Up!
Brought my Pomeranian in, at the time he was gas poisoned. Didn’t realize it at the time. Was aggressive had to reschedule. We called once we realized our 5 dogs had gas poisoning & that they were experiencing incontinence & seizure. The receptionist was dismissive & stated they’d call back after touching base with the doctors. At this point we called our primary vet 1.5 hours away (faster service) when Mille lacs did call back they stated gas poisoning did not cause these symptoms.
