The doctors and staff are so kind and compassionate. They were all so supportive when we had to make the difficult decision to let our sweet boy go. They helped him cross over with such care. We will be forever thankful!
Had a good expirence other than spending close to $1000 for basically no answers. My dog had a UTI, they gave him antibiotics and told me to bring a urine sample back in after 5 days. I brought the urine sample in, then they wanted another $70 for that. Kinda seems like a money grab to me. Disappointing.
They always take great care of my anxious dogs and answer any questions I have.
Very poor customer service.
