Your company is trash, its a beautiful morning and my power goes out. I moved permanently to aitkin three years ago and the power goes out once a month. I dont know how you haven't been sued yet. Are we using left over cable form third world countrys. Im gonna contact a lawyer. I probably wont get any where, but you should be ashamed with your service.
As an electricity company they are awful. Outage at least weekly during good weather (no this is not an exaggeration). Had to buy battery backup system for my house or else I couldn't work. As an internet company much better, fiber is fast and priced competitively. Wish they could get their act together.
