This floral arrangement was nothing like what I ordered online. Kimberly was rude and not at all helpful, she actually told me to take a deep breath. Are you kidding me? When I asked why they didn’t look like the picture, she responded with, “oh, that’s just a color pallet”. How could I ever know what was being delivered? On the left is what I ordered, on the right is what was delivered. Such a terrible experience!
