We spent two nights at Millcroft. The property is pretty and well maintained. We also enjoyed the spa. Building are old but clean and well taken care of. Staff were 50/50. Some very friendly. Some had attitude. Not a YES place like St Anne’s. We would give Millcroft another chance if we had to be in the area again.
Unfortunately I have to give this hotel a 1-star review. Despite paying a 5-star price we received a near 1-star experience :( Our room was not properly cleaned (dusty, hair on floor etc). Our biggest complaint was the room temperature - the hotel did not have properly operating air conditioning in the middle of summer - which hotel staff was sent to 'fix' but had no idea how and could not (the temperature went up after). Our room was very humid + damp and sleeping was difficult. The toilet in our room had a broken flushing ... read more
Great spot to spend the day! We got a couples massage and then spent time by the pools after. Does the place need some updates? Yes, but it’s clean, staff were attentive and the services offered were excellent. It wasn’t over crowded like some of the other places I’ve been to. Shout out to RMT Lukasz for the great massage! Highly recommend Millcroft Inn!
