Pleasant staff and I’ve enjoyed this spa in the past when it felt like a calming wellness centre. On a recent trip (July 2025), there were many families with children (nothing against children) so what was supposed to be an “escape” felt nothing like it. Perhaps a designated family day would be more appropriate. Also, we found the pools were not as clean as they should be (lots of bugs).
The rooms are very dated and the communication amongst the staff was extremely poor.
This spa was horribly dated and dirty. The women’s change room had a dehumidifier running near the change rooms. It was hot and humid and had a bad odour. The place is run down. The pool lounge cushions were so dirty and there was hair all around the tables we were sitting at. The towels were dirty. I would not recommend this spa.
