Absolutely awful. Was terrible to us!
Unfortunately we are stuck using this terrible service because of where we live but they are absolutely terrible. The men and women who serve on the ambulances themselves are wonderful. But the people who do the billing are wicked. I've been paying on my bill consistently since using their service back in December. Despite this and, owing less than $100 total, they sent me to collections. I have never worked with an organization that sends someone to collections when they've been making consistent payments and are almost don... read more
Thought that they were very nice until I watched my ring camera and 2 of the men were standing outside talking badly about and making fun of the situation! A fall with a head injury with unconsciousness. Just because it only left a small gash means nothing. There was a concussion and no way to tell if the fall did damage at that moment. Very unprofessional and upsetting!
