But the people who do the billing are wicked. I've been paying on my bill consistently since using their service back in December. I have never had a bad experience with the men and women who provided direct service. They have always been professional and provide timely service. The same can't be said for the office staff who handle billing questions. Membership is fine until another paramedic service needed to be used for my elderly parents and MPS won't pay the paramedic service as per their membership contract. After many calls and no results I was left with paying two transportation bills out of pocket to avoid collections.
