I'm sorry, but I have to give 0/10. Being nice and polite is important, but it is more important to be competent. I had an eye exam six months before my appointment with Dr. Champion, with a reading of about 0.5. During the visit, the doctor adjusted my glasses to 1.75, which surprised me, but he said it was a good result. Eight months later, I went to another doctor, who said my glasses were way too strong, because my prescription was... 0.5. I had to have new, weaker glasses fitted. It was a waste of $700. I went to this clinic on an enthusiastic, highly recommended referral from a friend, and I ended up spending top dollar for a top dollar product (best Zeiss lenses). I can conclude that Dr. Jimmy Prince is a fantastic optometrist, and his was the best and most detailed eye exam ever. Clark and staff did a great job as opticians to ensure that my new lenses fit properly (into my existing frames--my choice). I’m so glad to have found this clinic! It’s a very welcoming and comfortable environment, with kind and helpful staff. I saw Dr. Jimmy Prince, and appreciated his professional and friendly demeanour. And, the free parking and central location make it very convenient! I highly recommend Millcreek Optometry Centre :)
I had an appointment with Dr Wes Prince and he was most helpful and thorough as always. Laurie then showed me a few pairs of great glasses. I found a pair in minutes. From reception to the optometrist, to the optician, everyone was friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The glasses were very economical and I really like their style. Thank you, I look forward to picking up my new glasses.
