The front staff and Dr. Champion are outstanding. Unfortunately the reason I am only giving a three star review was when it came to potentially picking out glasses it quickly went sour. The gentleman that was supposed to help me was not the friendliest. I told him I was on a budget and was looking at the budget friendly frames that’s when his demeanour completely changed. 10/10 experience. Every one working from the front desk to the Doctor are very friendly, greeting you as soon as you enter and giving you a friendly goodbye. I got in next day for an exam, 4 days later I got my glasses. They adjusted them on pick up with care. Highly recommend, friendly, personable, efficient, organized, what more could you ask for?
Dr. Bob helped us with eye exam, he was really sweet and nice, he explained everything nicely and wasn’t rushing at all, double checked if we had any questions. Receptionist was also super nice, we had great experience here, definitely will be coming back for future appointments. Thank you
My first time getting an eye exam at Millcreek Optometry Center. and I had an excellent experience. The Clinic is clean and modern and will equipped with diagnostic equipment with advanced technologies that looks at the very details of the eye, Dr. Jimmy Prince is very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time checking my vission and the health of the eye explaining everything he does and explain the diagnostic charts with details and, tells you if any issues required to follow up.
