Here at Millcreek staff would rather be on the phone then take care of you. They do not hire people that speak English and even if you work with them to help Fiji the way you’re supposed to eat if you’re on dialysis or any other personalized menu, they don’t read The alternatives you pick and will serve you things that you should not be eating that will slowly kill you this is a horrible place that needs to be shut down
My friend was sent there for after care WOW...That place is disgusting...it smells like pee i seen roaches in broad daylight there is one shower for 60 + people....the staff sucks. They patients dont get the help that is needed... never seen nothing like that should be shut down
My older brother lives at this dump but I don't know how anyone survives this joint longer than a week. Its filthy, stinky, understaffed and in my humble opinion the few staff they do have are incompetent nincompoops. Albeit they try to be friendly ( if they speak English ) what this place needs is to bulldozed and salt sown upon the earth where it once stood (barely) and it's victims.. shoot I'm sorry RESIDENTS!! put into a real CARE facility that does even just that. Really great community. Customer service is black and white but they add a special personal touch that brings it color! Cannot recommend this place enough!
It’s a great place to work there are plenty of people who are really nice and kind , I love how employees give their best and resident how greatful they are and pleased for all the service we deliver for them.
