This review is long overdue. Buyer beware, the owner is extremely greedy. We bought three vanities, a tub, three mirrors and all the other accessories for bath. The owner kept increasing the price and advised the finalized items are now out of stock, please feel free to chose other. Initially she advised that with the vanities you can pick up any hardware fittings, when selected, right before the delivery she again flipped and stated, oh it’s isn’t available, I am sending you something better, turns out to be extremely cheap... read more

We just completed two bathroom renovations using products from Millcreek Kitchen and Bath. This is a family-run business and these people know their stuff! The owner was great to work with and offered some valuable suggestions regarding style and quality, all of which is top-notch BTW. They even arranged for custom work to be done on shower glass and an extra wall-hung cabinet and these providers were equally professional and polite. Really disappointed!!! After reading all the good reviews, I decided to make my purchase here. Upon my arrival, I noticed the store was beautiful and no customers. only one girl in the name of staff who was too busy making personal calls. Went in to buy three vanities, two toilets, bath tub and fixtures.. she didn't bother leaving her chair to show me around and answer my questions. I left after spending 10 mins in the store. She didn't even acknowledge. Too bad, you lost a potential customer.
