I do not typically do posts like this, but in case anyone else needs a vet soon I would like to make sure you do not make the mistake of taking your animal to millcreek animal hospital. Long post alert**** Minor complaints: Since day one of going there, I’d asked for a paper copy and/electronic copy of my dogs vaccinations (he’s now 5 months old and I still do not have them). My bulldog was a patient ,diagnosed with kidney failure. When the time came to put her asleep, they made us wait all day and allow our dog to suffer. We explained the issue and our concern,yet,they were heartless and allowed her to suffer. I have seen vets stop everything and make others wait so they could attend to the emergency. This was not the case. I will not go back, They have lost a customer.
I called alot of veterinarians to see if I could get an emergency appt. for my parents cat today. I told them their cat had something majorly wrong with it, but nobody would see him(they were all too busy and I should call other vets). I called Millcreek Animal Hospital and they got us right in, even though they were busy. Unfortunately Morris had to be euthenized due to blood clots in his back legs. Everything!! We were In need of an emergency visit as my dog had previously been diagnosed with heart failure and she had some breathing issues going on all night and then emergency center by the zoo stabilized her and said tot are her to her regular vet for a new X-ray well they aren’t open Saturday’s so Millcreek squeezed us right in!
