I stayed at Millcreek 9 Apartments from Jan 2023- June 2026 with my mom. Brim Properties made our stay extremely comfortable with a great property, responsive management and seamless maintenance process. I would like to specially thank Brigham, Luna and Amy for being very responsive and helpful on email towards any of our needs and requests.
Nice newer apartments in an older part of town. Be aware the property manager will use your deposit to fix everything when you vacate, including routine wear and tear. Upon vacating, we were charged us $475 for cleaning after my adult daughter and wife thoroughly cleaned the apartment, over $100 to replace a light bulb in the bathroom that had a damaged fixture making the light globe inaccessible, and $56 to stretch the carpet in addition to the $80 to clean it.
