I shopped an Instacart order for this company today. After loading 40 cases of 28 pack waters onto two carts, schlepped it to my car and unloaded said 40 cases, I drove to the site for delivery where I had to hunt someone down from shipping and receiving. This person didn’t know how to communicate clearly/kindly when I asked where I should unload the cases, but he did however begrudgingly assist with unloading.
