Been with them for over 20 years. If I've had ever had an issues they were right there to help. Love the staff at the Worcester and Auburn locations. Will never go to another bank.
Trying to cancel my account as I get way too much mail from affiliates they gave my information too. But the phone service fails, you can not cancel by computer so I have to drive 30 minutes.

I been with them for 9 years, money went missing few days ago from my savings and they won’t return ALL of my money, making excuses that they did return it when they only returned 2 checks that were missing & there is still one missing. As a loyal member I expected way better than this. I spoke to 3 different people & they were not helpful at all. I got proof of what was taken out/what was returned. I’m still being told that’s not right when I KNOW what I had in my account before.
