Hate this bank. The fact I have to go to a branch to get most things done is annoying. Staff are not welcoming and mobile banking needs to be better.
I've been banking 30 yrs with them. Web. Square branch is my fav....best people ever...grt job. Guys.
Such a great local bank to do business with. Friendly staff and short wait times! Joe and Lauren are always welcoming and it feels like a small town bank.....in a big city. Love doing my banking with them!
Been with them for over 20 years. If I've had ever had an issues they were right there to help. Love the staff at the Worcester and Auburn locations. Will never go to another bank.
Trying to cancel my account as I get way too much mail from affiliates they gave my information too. But the phone service fails, you can not cancel by computer so I have to drive 30 minutes.
