I have been with this MCU for years, I have had nothing but great experiences with them, if I go in with a problem they fix it immediately, we are only human & everyone makes mistakes, sometimes it’s my mistake, my only problem is because my bank is in Ma. & my car is insured at my other residence NY I can’t get a car loan so I pay top dollar, I just wish they would make exceptions for their loyal customers! Otherwise the best bank ever, so good I won’t open a NY account.
Do NOT ever use this credit union. It's 1,000% worse than using Workers Credit Union. I have been making on time payments and they continue to reverse my payments for no reason. This week they sent me a notice that my payment was returned, with 6 figures in it, but changed their story when I went in person to speak with them. Their staff can't communicate via email but they can request correspondence through email. This credit union is a scam who returns payments for larger fees and higher interest rates.
