I'm not surprised they've had so much turnaround with their employees. Even the most tenured can't stand this bank.
Was waiting in line to be seen. A bunch of people behind the counter chatting. A guy walks in maybe 5 minutes after me. One person finally gets free, ignores me and calls the guy by name up despite me waiting much longer. I guess if youre not a regular you don't get good customer service. Ive been a member for years at the millbury branch and recently moved out this way. Stuck up workers who look down on you if they dont know you. Weird townie vibe. Will be changing banks now. Thanks.
Steer clear of Millbury Credit Union unless you prefer to be nickeled and dimed $3.00 for paper statement fees, $5.00 for checking account fees, charges on your ATM for too many charges each month (even though it is our money) and only receive after hours automated emails when there is a problem with your account. The credit union is only open on Saturdays from 9AM to noon, and only open past 4pm on Thursdays and Fridays, so for we members who work past 5pm on weekdays and Saturdays the window of opportunity is quite narrow.... read more
Racist weird branch
My grandmother banks here, and I brought her in the other day to help her get some cash. The ladies inside were very nice and helpful, and the holiday decorations were lovely. HOWEVER, I’m so glad I went with gran because those doors are SO. HEAVY. One way in and one way out. 😬 And there wasn’t a handicap auto door opener (she uses a walker.) Isn’t that an ADA rule to accommodate for the handicapped? I had trouble as a young healthy lady, sheesh. I hope they do something about that.
