About a week or so ago, my wife and I had an extremely loud sound coming from our car when we would slow brake. We went into Millbury auto since it is close to home and even though we didn't have an appointment we spoke to Julie who kindly asked us what was going on with our car, to which Carlo stepped in and said it could be the brakes. I was faced with an almost flat tire about an hour from home when my husbands colleague suggested Millbury Auto service. I walked in and the gentleman asked how he could help and after I explained my situation, he immediately took my car in, inspected it, found out I had a nail in my tire and then fixed it for a very reasonable fee. I thought for sure I was going to be held up for hours with my almost flat tire and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The most important trait for a mechanic, willing to tell you what you need, what you don't need, and what you might need in the future, with complete honesty. This is that mechanic. update: dropped off vehicle early (mid-afternoon) day before service. expectation was pickup next day, mid-afternoon. got a call at 4:45 pm "Vehicle is done." - now that's service. :-)
