Not a bad choice For people living in the millburn area, this is not a bad place to go to for flower arrangments for different occasions. They also sell some garden tools and some small plants. They are not that overpriced, even though there are some cheaper florists around the area. They have good service and are willing to arrange flowers for gifts or decor for a small fee.

Nice florals, but high prices The Millburn Florist has a very nice selection of floral arrangements. The flowers are in very good condition, and the arrangements are unique and appealing. Customer service is prompt, and custom-made arrangements are usually quickly made. The prices are a bit high, but in line with much of the area. Overall, this is a nice florist; just be prepared to empty your wallet for most of the arrangements.

The Millburn Florist has terrible customer service and poor quality. Horrible quality and customer service, treated my 76 year old grandmother with absolute disregard and complete rudeness when she received a bouquet that was falling over filled with broken stems. It was a centerpiece for my grandparents anniversary and when she called the owner of the florist, she said,"Too bad.", and hung up the phone. Too bad? Great choice for floral arrangements. Great choice for floral arrangements. I used them to send flowers for several different occasions and always got great feedback from the recipients. The flowers and plants have always been very fresh and have lasted much longer than when I have ordered them from other places, especially 1-800-flowers, which I would definately not recommend. All around a great place and the staff was very helpful.

It's never too late for constructive criticism. I do not recommend the Millburn Florist. The customer service needs improvement. I showed them the photo of the arrangement I liked on their website but the arrangement they gave me looked nothing like it. Due to an illness, I didn't call to give them feedback until 6 days later. They told me it was too late to complain and I should have said something sooner. It's never too late for constructive criticism. I wasn't looking for a refund and I didn't even ask for anything.
