SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!!! My family and I lived in a rental house in Arbor Pointe for 2 years. Overall the house was nice, but when issues would arise with things like refrigerator/freezer, tile flooring/grout, etc. We either got a half-ass repair that would break again or no repair at all!!
