My mother had a first visit today! Left in tears, when I heard about her experience i completely understand. Although she did say the hygienist was very nice, the dentist was not! The dentist had No personal skills, empathy, care, or just general professionalism at all. Seems like since my mother was having future work at another clinic/dentist Millbrook DID NOT APPROVE!
