I moved out of my unit more than a month ago and notified them. They are still sending me bills. So again I called and talked to someone and let them know when I moved out. I don't know how the unit could possibly be locked since I removed the lock when I moved out and have it in my possession. What more can possibly need to be done
Its ok, I hate they raises the price without a good reason or notice though. *update 4/13/22* some furniture that was made from wood and by the entrance got wet and messed up, not as secure or weather resistant as previously thought.
Great place, very helpful and I continue to do business at another location
