Really disappointed in the service provided by this Practice. My Dad was referred by his GP Dr King at St Laurence's Practice to Dr Merriman at Millbrook Practice for a biopsy/minor surgery of a suspicious lump on the top of his spine. He attended at 7pm to see Dr Merriman at Millbrook and was told that his GP Dr King should not have referred him as Dr King is able to perform minor surgery himself, and therefore go back to Dr King who will be informed by email that my Dad has been discharged. I have had nothing but great experiences at this GP. I have had many bad ones in the one I used to use, but we have been happy since moving to this one. They always have appointments for me, my 2 toddlers and my husband. We are grateful! Keep up the good work, I know it is not easy doing what you do. We appreciate you all.

I can only rated this place on my most recent appointment, which is such a shame as its took only one individual to spoil my views on this place. To cut a long story short, I've been very ill over the last few months and needed to see a doctor. I got to see an advanced nurse which was just as good.
