Had a fuel pump go out on my 2005 BMW 325ci. I am not a car guy so when I have car problems, it's always a bit of a frustrating experience because it's a world that I do not know. I just want it fixed and I want to know that I did not get ripped off or taken advantage of. Do not trust this business. He promised me appointment 4 days out with promise to complete the work if I come first thing on Monday. He even told me to wait in local library or coffee shop. After 5 hours I called to check. He had not even started and didn’t have time to complete the work. He just flat out lied to me and told me ‘I didn’t ask you to wait. It's a one person shop so I recommend going there not first thing in the morning because the owner may not have arrived yet. I liked the automated estimate and invoicing. Just be aware that for simple services it's potentially even more expensive than dealership.
