A Lock in Need Went to Millbrae Lock to look for a special lock to put a deadbolt on our front double door. The clerk there wasn't very helpful. I explained to him what I needed and it was like I was talking another foreign language. So I didn't get an anwer for what I needed. Not only was he not helpful, the store itself was not very organized and clean. I wouldn't recommend this store if you have special lock questions or needs. I guess only if you need keys made or already manufactured locks.

Poor customer relations – Went in for a simple key copy. Clerk passed me off to second clerk. Coppied key did not work. Brought the key back, no appology. Clerks not concerned with the inconvenience they caused. Have not had a chance to try the second key. Hope it works. Been a customer for 5 years but will not be using them again for anything.
