I went in pain this morning and the administration there are so rude and unapproachable! Adding mute frustration to an already in pain patient! Disgusting!!
Dr. Jasmine Rehmani has no medical or people skills. If you want any real medical help go anywhere else.
I just do not understand how there can be SO MANY BAD REVIEWS especially about the reception and nothing be done! Does Management not read the reviews? Do they just not care? I really do not know. I just know that if you combined all the bad costumer service experiences you have had, you can probably get it all here- and maybe in the same visit too! :( Every time I go there I feel like every person in reception either hates their job or they are just miserable people!
