What a waste of time . If you don’t have a family’s doctor you are not able to get prescriptions if you need . I needed to get a stocking to due my work but my request was denied because “I don’t have a family’s doctor” thank you for your empathy. I wanna clarify the stuff on reception was excellent . It’s just when I requested for help the explanation was “ I should discuss with my family doctor” . Worst front desks ever, the doctors are good but the attention at the front desk is the worst, they are rude and careless
I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews about this medical centre. I’ve visited multiple times, both for myself and my family, and each experience has been consistently positive. The reception staff and doctors have always been professional, friendly, and attentive. They take the time to listen and provide accurate diagnoses.
