I recently visited Millbank Medical Practice and had an appointment with Dr. Anila Amjad. She is not only an excellent GP but also someone who truly cares about her patients. I consulted her for some skin allergies on the back of my neck. Dr. Anila carefully examined the issue and prescribed a cream that has already shown significant improvement. My husband and I have been going to this Medical Centre for 12 years and find some of the remarks astound me. We have found all Doctors, nurses and Office staff have been most co-operative when I have found it necessary to contact them for an appointment. Keep up the good work Millbank.

Great environment. Friendly doctors and nurses. Efficient & professional booking. Although sometimes there's wait time, but there are so many patients in Bundaberg so it's understandable.

The doctors at this surgery are very professional. Although the reception staff are extremely rude and not helpful.This situation needs to be addressed by management. I was a patient previously, when Dr Lowrie was on Maternity leave I had to change to another surgery as other females are very had to see. A receptionist Skye, gave me an appointment time & then advised me they were not taking new patients.I am not a new patient & wish to see a professional.
