Waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, the office lady not wearing a name tag or even work attire (Jess), after every phone call, I have counted 4 now, she shows a level of being unprofessional. She is professional on the phone with the customer, but as soon she hangs up she complains about the customer. Needs to be more aware of her surroundings or get a new job.
