Very disappointing experience today. I had an 8:00 AM appointment, but ended up waiting over 3.5 hours just for them to start on my vehicle—despite repeatedly asking about the delay. Then I had to wait another 2.5 hours, finally leaving around 2:00 PM. That’s nearly an entire day wasted. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with how poorly this was handled. 😠
